HOW TO SETUP YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT IN OUTLOOK HOSTALITE.

Note; double click on the picture so that it expand for a clear view.

  • Start Outlook.

  • click on tools then account settings

  • popup will appear click new

  • Another popup will appear chose Microsoft exchange, pop3, IMAP, HTTP and click next

  • Choose the option ‘Manually configure server settings or additional server types’ and click ‘Next’

  • Choose ‘Internet E-mail’ and click ‘Next’

  • Enter the following settings in the corresponding fields:
  • Your Name: the name of your account in Outlook
    E-mail Address: your Private email address
    Account Type: select POP3 from the drop-down menu
    Incoming mail server: mail.your domain name.com
    Outgoing email server: mail.you domain name.com
    User Name: your full email address
    Password: the password for this email account
     

  • Click ‘More Settings’.

  • Go to the tab ‘Outgoing Server’ and check-mark the option ‘My outgoing server ( SMTP ) requires authentication

  • Now go to the tab ‘Advanced’ and check where is leave of a copy of messages on the server
  • outcopy

  • Click ‘Ok’ to return to the main window.
  • Click ‘Test Account Settings’ to check if everything entered is correct. If it is, you will see the statuses ‘Completed’

  • If the test was successful, you can now click ‘Close’ to get back to the previous window.
    Then click ‘Next’ and finish the setup.
